- Images you upload for processing
- Generated embroidery files and patterns
- Design settings (fabric color, grid size, etc.)
- Number of designs generated per month
- Feature usage (machine vs hand embroidery)
- Basic analytics (page views, browser type)
- Processed securely by our payment provider
- We do NOT store your credit card number, CVV, or banking details
- We only receive confirmation of successful payment
What We Do NOT Collect
- Your location (beyond country for tax purposes)
- Your contacts or phone book
- Biometric data
- Data from other apps on your device
Why We Collect It
- Email: To create your account, send receipts, and notify you of important changes.
- Designs: To process your images and let you re-download files.
- Usage data: To enforce free tier limits and improve our service.
- Analytics: To understand which features are popular and fix problems.
Who We Share It With
Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
The only exceptions:
- Payment provider: Receives your payment details to process transactions.
- Law enforcement: If legally required by court order.
How We Protect It
- All data transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit).
- Passwords stored as hashed values (we cannot read your password).
- Database access restricted to the application only.
- Regular backups to prevent data loss.
Your Rights
You have the right to:

- Delete: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Export: Download your generated designs at any time.
- Correct: Update your account information.
Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data retained while account is active.
- Cancelled accounts: Data deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Uploaded images: May be deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
- Generated files: Stored while your account is active.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies:
- Session cookie: Keeps you logged in. Essential, cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookie: Helps us understand usage. Can be disabled.
Children
KuduCraft is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
