By uploading an image to KuduCraft, you confirm that:
1. You own the image or have explicit permission from the owner to use it. 2. The image does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights. 3. You will not use KuduCraft to reproduce copyrighted logos, brand marks, or designs without authorization.
Examples of What's OK
- Your own logo or business branding
- Your own artwork, drawings, or photographs
- Images you have purchased a commercial license for
- Public domain images
- Images created by AI tools where you hold the usage rights
Examples of What's NOT OK
- Nike, Adidas, or any brand logo (unless you are that brand)
- Disney, Marvel, or other entertainment characters
- Someone else's artwork without their permission
- Sports team logos or mascots
- Celebrity photographs
Our Position
KuduCraft is an automated tool. We do not review uploads for copyright compliance. However:
- We will remove any content reported as infringing.
- Repeated violations will result in account suspension.
- We cooperate with legitimate copyright claims.
